This is the server module. All your machines will be displayed in three different view. Location wise, Department wise and Device wise. You can use the various options available in the right click menu to get a summary or detailed inventory report. At any point of time you can instantly generate reports in HTML and CSV (Comma Seperated Values) format by using the Export option available in the right click menu.

Device wise view will help you in locating your machines based on different devices. All available devices will be listed here. Just click on any device and get a list of all those machines (along with the location and department) where the selected device is installed. Note that Software is also shown as a different device.

Displays a list of all the devices along with the total number of installations found in the select location or department. Just right-click on any device and click on 'List All Machines' to get a list of all those machines where the selected device is installed.

A detailed hardware and software inventory will be displayed for the selected machine. You can convert this listing into an HTML report using the Export facility provided in the right click menu.

Drill down reports help you locate your machines and their configuration details based on the location and department or the installed devices.

Schedule all your client machines based on IP address, Location, Department or Machine name to generate the machine inventory at a particular time. Various scheduling options are available like Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Whenever Operating System starts and only once.

Maintains a history of changes to a Machine's Location, Department, IP Address, Login ID and Machine name. You can get a report of changes for one or more machines between any 2 selected dates.

Select any two inventory dates to generate a Difference Summary report for one or more machines. A list of all those devices or software that were installed or uninstalled on the selected machines will be displayed. Installed software will be shown in Green colour and Uninstalled software will be displayed in Red. You will also see the date when the particular hardware or software device was insalled or uninstalled.

Use the search engine to locate all those machines having a particular hardware or software configuration. Three different search conditions namely AND, OR, NOT are available which will help you in maximizing you search criteria. Search can be based on different Devices, Inventory dates, Location, Department and Domain.

Allows you to configure existing devices to display additional device properties which are not available by default. You can create your own properties and devices to meet your requirements. You can make use of the various device classes provided here to collect different kinds of system configuratin information from all your machines.

Manage all the other devices (machine independent devices) like Routers, Hubs, Switches etc. by creating a separate device for each of them. Each device can have an unlimited number of fields which you can specify.

Generate a software summary report showing a list of all the software installed in a particular machine. You can create software groups to filter the software list before generating a report.

Generate a software license summary report to get the ratio of Licensed and unlicensed softwares installed in your network.

Generate reports in two different formats. HTML and CSV (Comma Seperated Values). CSV files open up in Microsoft Excel. Once yu have your reports in CSV format you can do further analysis and formatting by opening the file in Microsoft Excel.
